Request Account Deletion
Email heybhaveshmishra@gmail.com with the subject Melt account deletion request.
Include the email address you used for Melt sign-in so we can identify the correct account. Do not include passwords or sensitive information in your email.
If account deletion is available inside your version of Melt, you can also delete from inside the app through Profile or Settings.
What Will Be Deleted
- Account profile and authentication data where controlled by Melt.
- Saved cloud or account-associated focus data if present.
- Locally stored app data can be deleted in the app, by uninstalling Melt, or by clearing app data in Android settings.
What May Be Retained
- Purchase and subscription transaction records retained by Google Play or RevenueCat as required.
- Legal, security, and fraud-prevention records if retention is required.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are expected to be processed within 30 days unless a different period is required by law.
